Rio traveles the world in hopes to beat his borther. (His brother(which I didnt have the time to quite finish) one day dissapeared to become a better trainer and discover the world's wonders (oooh). )
When Rio was small, he could never beat his brother at anything. Therefore, his goal has always been to overcome his rival/brother one day. In order to become stronger he traveled with his shinx that his brother had helped him catch, which eventually evolved into Luxray. He loves cute pokemon and anything cute.
